The Constitution, Law and Justice Committee will debate on Sunday the proposed “Waiters’ Rights Law,” proposed by MK Dov Khenin (Arab Joint List).
According to the proposed bill, restaurants will have to pay waiters a minimum basic salary that does not include the tips given to the waiters by satisfied customers.
