The Syrian deputy minister of national reconciliation, Ahmad Mounir, says that Saudi Arabia and Turkey must stop interfering in Syrian affairs for the ceasefire to work, Associated Press reports.
Mounir said that the interference includes their support for opposition groups.
He added that finding a solution to the Syrian crisis would also stem the flood of refugees entering Europe. If there is no improvement, though, he warned that the "terror threat to Europe will increase."
