Minister of Religious Affairs David Azoulay responded at the Knesset plenum to a question posted my MK Rachel Azaria (Kulanu) regarding delays in cases involving “Gett refusal” (refusal to grant a Jewish divorce).
“I am prepared to look into shortening proceedings in Gett refusal cases, in order to prevent the suffering of the women involved.”
