Prosecutors have filed charges against Eliyahu Eliav Mualem for inciting to violence on Facebook.
Mualem, a 27-year-old man from Modi'in, allegedly repeatedly called for acts of violence against Palestinians and Arab-Israelis.
He is also charged with a count of harassment.
