Former Minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer will not take part in tomorrow's (Monday) hearing dealing with accusations against him. Ben-Eliezer is accused of bribery, money laundering and breach of trust.
Last Friday, Ben-Eliezer's lawyers asked the court to excuse their client from attending due to his health.
