Prosecutors filed declarations against three Arabs from southern Israel, accusing the three of weapons possession.
About a week ago, Border Police observed a vehicle traveling on Highway 38 near Nahshon Junction and ordered the driver to stop for a check. The officers then saw a white object thrown out of the car. On investigation, they found that it was a sock with an FN handgun inside.
The officers then performed a full inspection on the vehicle and found an ax, hammer, screwdrivers, and a box of 9mm bullets under the passenger seat. In addition, another white sock filled with more 9mm bullets, as well as a balaclava were in the back seat.
