The US-led international coalition against ISIS carried out 19 airstrikes in Iraq and Syria yesterday (Thursday).
Syrian human rights organizations report that 38 people were killed in the attacks. It is unknown how many were civilians, or what measures were taken to avoid harming non-combatants.
