Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy has expressed pessimism towards the chances of forming a new government, and estimated that the country will return to the polls on June 26.
Rajoy's party won a majority in the previous elections, held on December 20, but did not succeed in obtaining a majority of seats in the parliament.
