Members of the Otzma Yehudit party petitioned the High Court against the Police Department’s refused to allow them to hold a march in Wadi Iron, in protest against the terror attack in Tel-Aviv.

Dr. Michael Ben Ari, Baruch Marzel, Itamar Ben Gvir and Bentzi Gupshtein asked that a march be held in the direction of Arara, the Arab town the Tel-Aviv terrorist was found hiding in, but the police denied their request.

The petition states that the police’s complete refusal to allow the march to be held is an infringement of their freedom of expression and contradicts a High Court ruling in favor of holding limited processions in sensitive areas.
