Two MKs from the Arab Joint List filed a proposed bill on Tuesday to establish that Israel will be required to return the bodies of eliminated terrorists and will not be able to hold on to terrorists’ bodies for a lengthy period of time.
MKs Ahmad Tibi and Osama Saadi claimed that holding on to the terrorists’ bodies is an “immoral act.”
