The UN and the Palestinian Authority called to countries all over the world to make financial donations to aid Palestinian Arabs in Judea and Samaria.
The announcement claimed that there is a need for 507 million dollars in order to aid 1.6 million Palestinian Arabs, roughly one-third of the population living in the region, who suffer from poverty and hunger.
