The High Court will on Wednesday discuss the petition by families of terrorists against the decision to demolish their homes.

Earlier on Tuesday, the court approved a request by the Almagor terror victims organization and the families of two victims from the latest terrorist wave to appear before the judges at the hearing.

Almagor chairman Meir Indor said that "any demolition of a home will not atone for the murder and does not constitute a sufficient penalty. But it deters some terrorists who think about joining the circle of terror and prevents other families from joining the circle of grief and wounds. "
