Deputy Attorney General Raz Nazri took part in today's (Monday) discussion over the Balad MKs who met with the families of terrorists. While there, he stated that the judicial system is already dealing with the war on terror.

"If it's a scoop, I'll say it here and now - we're against terror," he said.

Nazri added that "it is important to differentiate between the public sphere and the legal sphere. From the public standpoint, such actions are unacceptable. The Knesset is authorized to decide how and when to deal with such a meeting that, to us, is problematic and unacceptable."

However, he also noted that "not everything that is an issue for the public is a criminal issue. This is a difference that we need to constantly sharpen. In order for us to decide if indeed there was a crime, we have asked the police to gather information about the meeting."
