The Knesset's legal advisor, Eyal Yinon, has rejected claims by the head of Peace Now, Yariv Oppenheimer, and ruled that there is no basis for preventing the establishment of a monument to communities of Gush Katif at the Knesset.
Yinon stated in his answer that the model can be moved or removed, and is not a "permanent memorial."
