Prosecutors have informed former MK Yinon Magal (Jewish Home) that they are closing the investigation against him. The closure comes in line with the police recommendation and the suggestion of the state prosecutor.
Magal was investigated on suspicion of sexually harassing three women before he was elected to the Knesset. The investigation was unable to find sufficient grounds for two of the women's charges and decided that "overall circumstances do not justify filing charges" with regard to the third accuser.
