MK Yitzhak Herzog said on Sunday that Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu are not capable, do not want to and are afraid of implementing a two-state solution, and so the solution is currently not implementable.
Herzog emphasized that in the meantime, security fences must be completed around Jewish communities and a separation must be made between Jerusalem and Palestinian Arab villages.
