The government and Constitution, Law and Justice Committee are expected to approve on Sunday of a proposed bill to require government offices to pay suppliers within 30 days.
Thus far, government offices, local authorizes and other authorities pay salaries and other payments to service providers and suppliers, most of which are small and medium-sized businesses, after roughly three to four months, which makes it difficult for those businesses to survive.
