Due to improved weather conditions, the Jerusalem Municipality decided to open all of the city’s educational institutions as usual on Thursday.
The Jerusalem Municipality announced that all roads are open, yet, in light of a chance of early morning frost, the public is requested to be extra alert and cautious on the roads.
