The Italian Culture Minister says that his government's decision to hide naked statues in a museum during Iranian President Hassan Rouhani's visit is "incomprehensible."
Dario Franceschini told reporters that both he and Prime Minister Matteo Renzi were unaware of the decision, and that it came from low-level officials who were afraid of offending Rouhani.
