IDF: Car ramming near Jerusalem was not an attack

IDF sources said on Tuesday that the car ramming at a security checkpoint north of Jerusalem was not a terror attack.

One IDF soldier was lightly wounded by the car, which fled into a nearby Palestinian Arab village.
