Education Minister Naftali Bennett announced on Monday that Professor Edit Doron won the Israel Prize in the field of Hebrew and general linguistics research.
Bennett congratulated Professor Doron for her accomplishments. “The Hebrew language was developed and renewed itself from generation to generation, but remains fresh as ever, just like the nation who speaks it, the only nation who has maintained its language and culture for thousands of years.”
