Malaysian police claim that they killed seven ISIS members during a three-day operation.
According to authorities, the ISIS cell intended to carry out attacks similar to the one in Indonesia that left seven dead. "All of the suspects are members of the same cell, who are responsible for planning terror attacks in strategic locations throughout Malaysia," said the Inspector-General of Police.
The Southeast Asian country has been cracking down on terror in preparation for tomorrow's (Monday) International Conference on Deradicalization and Countering Violent Extremism.
