Prosecutors are working with lawyer for a teenage terrorist from Pisgat Ze'ev in order to come to a plea bargain. The defendant stabbed and badly wounding Naor Shalev, a 13-year-old Jewish boy.
Prosecutors previously refused the lawyer's request for a deal because they wanted to wait until the defendant turned 14 and would be liable for a prison sentence.
