Source linked to ISIS claims Jakarta attacks

A media group with ties to the "Islamic State" (ISIS) terrorist organization reports that ISIS was responsible for Thursday's attacks in Jakarta, Indonesia, BBC reports.

ISIS has not officially claimed responsibility for the attacks.
