A journalist from Gaza was arrested by Hamas after criticizing the situation in Gaza. While imprisoned, the journalist was tortured, beaten and forced to sit on a tiny chair for an entire day, Kol Israel radio reports.
The journalist was released on Monday after being held for eight days. He said that he will no longer post on Facebook about the economic situation in Gaza, nor about matters of conflict. According to the journalist, he will focus on subjects such as literature, fashion, food and sports.
