Seven people were killed and 11 wounded by a car bomb in northern Libya last night (Thursday). The explosion occurred in the port city of Ra's Lanuf.
According to local reports, the car blew up when it reached the front of a line to pass through a checkpoint. It is believed that ISIS was behind the attack.
