South Korean news agencies report that the country has increased its cyber defense alert level, after the Seoul government decided to resume its propaganda broadcasts against North Korea.
The broadcasts consist of large speakers playing messages across the Demilitarized Zone. They were resumed after North Korea tested a successful hydrogen bomb this week.
