IDF, Shin Bet (ISA, Israel Security Agency) and police forces exposed a Hamas terror cell whose members included Hevron and Jerusalem residents.
The cell’s members were planning abduction and murder attacks in order to launch a prisoner exchange deal, much like the abduction and murder of the three boys in 2014.
