Lassina Zerbo, the Executive Secretary of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization, responded to reports that North Korea completed a hydrogen bomb test.
Zerbo said that “If the reports are true, then this is a severe threat against world peace and security.”
