A Jerusalem court released  the eastern Jerusalem Arab youth arrested on Tuesday in Herzliya for allegedly planning a terror attack.

The police requested to extend the suspect’s remand by five days for allegedly making threats, attacking an officer, endangering human life for nationalistic purposes, damaging a car and stealing from a gas station. The request was denied by the presiding justice, who claimed that the police only provided the court with partial evidence and that probable cause only applies to the theft charge, which does not justify a prison stay.
