UK: North Korean H-bomb test was a provocation

British Foreign Minister Phillip Hammond slammed North Korea following the country’s hydrogen bomb test.

Hammond called the test a “provocation that I staunchly condemn,” as well as a “severe violation” of the UN Security Council’s decision.
