The Ministerial Committee on Legislation approved on Sunday a bill by MK Shuli Muallem Refaeli (Jewish Home) extending the validity of the law allowing Holocaust survivors to sue their lawyers concerning the collection of exorbitant fees.
Under the bill, survivors who hired lawyers to exercise their rights and who collected vast sums by passing the fee limit set by the state, will be able to claim a refund of 25%.
