Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has shrugged off reports of an Islamist terror group using his comments in a recruiting video.
"The world is talking about what I've said," Trump told CBS's Face the Nation program. "And now, big parts of the world are saying, Trump is really right, at least identifying what's going on. And we have to solve it. But you're not going to solve the problem unless you identify it."
He added that he is not surprised enemies of the US would misuse comments made by a presidential "front-runner."
The video was made by al-Shabab, a branch of al-Qaeda located in eastern Africa.
