The parents of Amiran Ben Oliel, the suspect indicted on Sunday in the Duma arson case, responded to the charges filed against their son.
“We, the parents of Amiram, are shocked and appalled by the allegations made against our beloved son. We believe that he is innocent, and this will become evidence in the courtroom. We home that the court will be exposed to the harsh violence that he endured during the weeks that he was interrogated. We want to emphasize that we oppose any violence and attacks against any people.”
