The Honenu organization claims that despite a court decision to release one of the suspects in the Duma massacre case, Prison Services is refusing to set the suspect free.
According to the organization, Prison Services representatives told the suspect’s family that “Instructions were received from higher up,” to keep the suspect from being released at this time.
