The Knesset plenum approved on Thursday morning second and third reading of the law to regulate the status of the Zionist Federation’s Settlement Division. The law was approved by a majority of 53 votes. 48 MKs voted against the law and one MK abstained.
From now on, the Settlement Division will be afforded the official status of a governmental body that develops and supports settlements throughout the country.
