A 44-year-old man from Tel Aviv turned himself over to the police for the shooting in Holon. He has been arrested and will be taken for questioning.
Another suspect has also been arrested in the case, a 21-year-old man from Bat Yam.
Authorities believe that the shooting occurred over a personal dispute. It left a 50-year-old man dead and another man badly wounded.
