Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu claims that Russia has killed more 600 civilians in Syria since it began carrying out airstrikes on the country in support of President Bashar al-Assad.
According to Çavuşoğlu, 150 of the Syrian dead were children.
