Histadrut head declares strike starting Wednesday

Histadrut head Avi Nissenkoren has declared a general strike in the public sector, starting at 6:00 am this Wednesday. The Histadrut is Israel's largest labor union.

The teachers' union and teachers' association will also take part in the strike.
