Prosecutors have filed charges against Hagai Shantel and two minors for conspiracy to commit a crime and aggravated robbery.
Twenty-two-year-old Shantel and his partners, one 16 and the other 17, allegedly robbed five people near Tel Aviv's old bus station in a single night.
