US President Barack Obama said Monday that the United States and its allies were taking the fight to the Islamic State (ISIS), hitting the terror group "harder than ever."
In a bid to show his strategy is working despite deadly attacks in Paris and California, Obama stressed ISIS had lost ground, adding: "We are recognizing that progress needs to keep coming faster."
