A number of Knesset members are asking President Reuven Rivlin to withdraw his intended participation in the Haaretz conference to be held along with the organization Breaking the Silence.
"By not participating in this conference, you will provide a clear message against the delegitimization campaign being run by Breaking the Silence and similar organizations against the IDF and the State of Israel," the MKs wrote in a letter.
The push is being spearheaded by MK Meirav Ben-Ari (Kulanu).
