Warring parties in Yemen will begin peace talks in Switzerland on December 15, the UN special envoy to the country announced Monday.
Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed added that he was "almost sure" a temporary ceasefire between government forces and Houthi rebels would be put in place by the time the talks are to start.
