ISIS claims killing of Aden governor in Yemen car bombing

The "Islamic State" (ISIS) terrorist organization claimed the killing of Aden's Governor in a car bombing, AFP reports.

The Governor, along with a several of his guards, were killed in a blast in the Yemeni city.
