Ted Cruz: California attack proves 'we are at a time of war'

Republican president hopefully Ted Cruz says that this week's attack in California proves "we are at a time of war" against radical Islam.

Speaking at a Jewish conference in Washington Cruz added that, as President, Barack Obama has failed by not taking strong steps to defend the US.
