US President Barack Obama says that the decision to send additional forces to Iraq in order to fight against ISIS will not involve a US invasion like that of 2003.
"When I said no boots on the ground, I think the American people understood generally that we're not going to do an Iraq-style invasion of Iraq or Syria with battalions that are moving across the desert," President Obama told CBS.
