The Foreign Ministry made clear on Thursday evening that the Israeli mission that was opened in Abu Dhabi is only an office representing Israel at the UN agency for renewable energy.
A diplomatic source told Arutz Sheva that "the office is not a formal embassy or consulate representing Israel in the UAE".
