Spanish police have arrested a Moroccan citizen who was planning to join ISIS in Syria, according to the Interior Ministry.
Authorities identified the suspect as a 32-year-old man who owned a restaurant in the northern city of Pamplona. He often gave out ISIS propaganda through the restaurant and recruited others to join the jihadist group in Syria.
Police began investigating the man after he reportedly changed his appearance, behavior, and social ties.
