A 65-year-old prisoner died in Assaf Harofeh Medical Center last night (Sunday). He had been hospitalized due to suffering from a severe illness.
The prison, a resident of the Shfela, was sentenced to 17 years in prison for rape in 2007. His family has already been informed of his death.
