Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas told US Secretary of State John Kerry during their meeting in Ramallah that no one can prevent terror attacks launched by individuals wielding knives or driving cars, an Arabic-language newspaper reports according to Arab diplomats.
The reports indicate that the PA emphasized to Kerry that the solution that is needed is diplomatic and cannot be resolved by giving leniencies to Palestinian Arabs.
